The City of Trumann has a full-time Police Department with 18 full-time police officers and 2 reserve officers. One full-time officer serves as a school resource officer; another serves as animal control officer. The Department has 5 dispatchers and 2 administrative assistants. The Police Department is located at the Municipal Complex at 100 South Melton Avenue along with the Trumann District Court. The Department has 21 vehicles for official use.
